Astorflex has been making shoes in Castel d’Ario, Mantova, since 1820. Crafting shoes has been passed down from generation to generation, choosing materials carefully, building with proven methods and keeping the factory close to every step of production.

OUTCOME
This concept rebuilt the visual identity from the inside out, with a new typographic voice, sharpened color story, and imagery focused on the client’s craft.
The web concepts then put it to work, translating the refreshed brand into intentional layouts and components that carry the same energy, respecting the brand’s heritage while giving it a lasting foundation.
